Play Gathering 2012

PlayBoard is excited to present ‘Spaces to be – Mapping Identity and Belonging’ Northern Ireland’s fifth Play Gathering. This two day outdoor event offers an opportunity to take part in a range of workshops, networking, discussions and debate. We have built on the feedback from last year’s event and our newly published resource ‘Spaces to be – Mapping Identity and Belonging’. This toolkit explores spaces that are both physical and virtual where children and young people can map their identity and belonging.
The Play Gathering offers practitioners an opportunity to explore the toolkit from their own perspective, in preparation for using it with children and young people. This is an opportunity for the adults to take their own journey based on outdoor play, fun and allsorts of spaces.
