This post offers a unique opportunity, for a suitably qualified and experienced person to help develop and implement the future of the organisations work. 

The Play Development Officer will deliver models of effective practice where needed, provide information, training and support to strengthen organisational capacity with a specific remit to deliver PlayBoard’s suite of playwork community relations programmes [Diversity in Play] throughout Fermanagh and the border counties.

The successful applicant will have:
A recognised training qualification and a minimum 3 years experience within the last 5 years in training, playwork or community development
OR
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience within the last 7 years;
A proven track record in the development and delivery of training programmes
