On Tuesday 30th March, PlayBoard launched its Play Manifesto at the Long Gallery in Stormont. The event which was sponsored by the two Junior Ministers, Minister Robin Newton MLA and Minister Gerry Kelly MLA and was attended by a range of representatives from political parties, elected representatives, local councils, government departments and the voluntary and community sector.
PlayBoard’s Play Manifesto is calling for all Political Parties to take five simple steps to ensure that play becomes recognised, valued and embedded as a key contributor to social policy here in Northern Ireland.
