PlayBoard, the lead charity for the development and promotion of children and young people's play in Northern Ireland, have welcomed the announcement by OFMDFM Junior Ministers Robin Newton and Gerry Kelly that consultation is to commence on a Play and Leisure Implementation plan for Children and Young People.
