This year PlayBoard were delighted to present the only outdoor conference in NorthernIreland, the Play Gathering 2009 ‘Out of the Box’. Building on the success of last year’s event, this 3 day event provided participants with an opportunity to take part ina diverse programme, promoting play at its best.

This years programme included workshops on mud, fire, games and the Fun-da-Mental side of play. There was also an opportunity to go on ‘The Quest’ and explore a number of different worlds from Batsville to the land of the Bumbley Boo.
