We welcome the Department of Educations’s Play Matters campaign which is in line with our ongoing play advocacy work. As part of Play Matters, this month the Department of Education is promoting the benefits of playing outdoors.

Play Training For Professionals

PlayBoard NI’s Play Training for Professionals programme is targeted at those who work directly with parents and families. This one-day free training session will equip professionals with the skills to better understand play and pro-actively promote play to parents and families. For more information click here.

Play Awareness For Parents

PlayBoard NI’s Play Awareness sessions for Parents are designed specifically for parents and carers. This half-day Play Awareness session will strengthen parents understanding of play and its importance to the growth and development of their children.
