DESCRIPTION:and March 26 @ 7:00pm – 8:30pm (attendance at both sessions required) \n\n\n\nIt is well documented that emotional intelligence can be a strong predictor of success in relationships\, academic achievement\, health and quality of life. Children with higher levels of emotional intelligence are more likely to pay attention and be more engaged in school\, and they are also shown to have greater ability to regulate their emotions more effectively. This free webinar for School-Age Childcare providers will provide practitioners with strategies to help the children they work with explore their emotions and learn fun ways to help self-regulation. \n\n\n\nParticipants will receive a free resource to support learning (one per setting). \n\n\n\nFacilitated by Roberta Johnson\, PlayBoard. \n\n\n\nThis training takes place across two sessions.
