DESCRIPTION:It is well documented that emotional intelligence can be a strong predictor of success in relationships\, academic achievement\, health and quality of life.  Children with higher levels of emotional intelligence are more likely to pay attention and be more engaged in school and they are also shown to have greater ability to regulate their emotions more effectively. \n\n\n\nThis online session aims to provide practitioners with strategies to help the children they work with explore their emotions and learn fun ways to help them self-regulate.

DESCRIPTION:Outdoor Classroom Day is a global movement to make time outdoors part of every child’s day. On two days of action each year\, teachers take children outdoors to play and learn.
