Salary: NJC Salary Scale PO3 Points 38-41 = £34,106 – £37,107 per annum (under review)
Hours per week: 35.00

Main Purpose:

Responsible for the management, growth and development of PlayBoard’s Delivery & Development services. This post will play a pivotal role in the future strategic development of the organisation, overseeing both existing programmes and the future growth and development of new initiatives in response to sectoral needs.

The Successful Applicant Will Have:

Have attained a Degree or equivalent and hold a qualification in management, OR have 6 year’s recent continuous experience as a service delivery manager within the Community & Voluntary sector. Have excellent motivational leadership and management skills that inspire staff to work effectively, both individually and as a team.

The contract for this post will be initially for 2 years.
