To support the Government strategy in relation to Covid-19 Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council have made decisions in response to public safety and have postponed all future play sessions in the Play in the Community Programme at this time.

Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council through the PEACE IV Programme and The Play Strategy are offering a free, traditional outdoor play and events programme in Banbridge Leisure Centre and Gilford Community Centre. The sessions, delivered by PlayBoard, are open to children aged up to 16 years old and their parents, to help build positive relationships through play.

Also on offer is free volunteer training to achieve an OCN Level 2 in Outdoor Play and Learning through which you will improve your skills and knowledge and develop an understanding of the value of outdoor play for children’s learning and development.

Training takes place on Saturday 11, 18, 25 January and 1 February 2020 at Brownlow Community Hub from 10.00am to 4.30pm.
