Thank you for your interest in the Level 2 or Level 3 training as part of the Youth@Play initiative through the Education Authority and PlayBoard. More detail on the programme and the training can be found on the Youth@Play leaflet.
Please complete the form below fully and honestly – this is the information we will use to allocate course places. Places are limited so please complete it as early as you can. You will need to ask your worker in charge to confirm your application.
