Belfast City Council Play Strategy Development – play surveys now open
Belfast City Council has commissioned PlayBoard NI to lead on the development of a Play Strategy for the city. The development of the strategy is critically important as it will help to identify areas of play need and will guide the Council’s planning for play delivery over the coming years.
A key part of the strategy development process is gathering the views of those who access play activities, whether in playgrounds, green parks or in the areas they live. For that reason, PlayBoard is undertaking three surveys to help give us a clearer understanding of the issues that need to be addressed within the Play Strategy. The surveys are aimed at children and young people (to 18 years) and parents/carers living in Belfast City Council area, and community groups delivering services in Belfast City Council area.
