Emotions Matter (School Age Childcare)

It is well documented that emotional intelligence can be a strong predictor of success in relationships, academic achievement, health and quality of life.  Children with higher levels of emotional intelligence are more likely to pay attention and be more engaged in school and they are also shown to have greater ability to regulate their emotions more effectively.

This online session aims to provide practitioners with strategies to help the children they work with explore their emotions and learn fun ways to help them self-regulate.
